You choose, always.

Do you sweat the small stuff and talk yourself out of what you want?

Or do you have your own back and do the uncomfortable things that take you closer to achieving your goals?

How do you want your life to feel and look?!

Did you know that you have a choice?

If you don't consciously create your life, you will feel you are at the mercy of whatever life brings you.

Our brains like pattern and consistency, which is beautiful, but it can also make change feel really challenging.

It makes sense that we talk ourselves out of trying something new because it requires effort and offers uncertainty, and our minds perceive it as a threat.

If you want to create and initiate change, intentionally directing your thoughts is imperative. Your thoughts need to be intentional and believable by you.

Think about what story you want to create and which ones you need to let go of to become the person you want to be.

If you say things to yourself like I've tried a million different diets, and nothing works, that's not going to make you want to start a different one.

By the way, all diets work. They usually don't work because you failed to follow them.

How can you (right now) inspire yourself into action?

Think about the things that make you happy and bring you joy. Think about something that brings a smile to your face, and start there.

Your current thoughts are giving you your current results, and if you want different results, you need to think differently.

It sounds simple, but obviously, it isn't always.

And that's okay!

There are stages of belief, and those stages aren't necessarily linear.

Instead of running away from feeling uncomfortable, learn to lean into your emotions.

As uncomfortable as they can be, they're just emotions.

The reason you want to do this is so that you can find the thoughts that are triggering those emotions, take a look at whether they are serving you, and whether you even believe them.

That's where I come in.

My goal is to support you on your journey fully. Because when your confidence falters, and it will, I will be rooting you on, holding your hand, reminding you of your reasons why, and telling you you've got this.

You can resign yourself to what is or powerfully choose something else.

Have a beautiful day!
