Happy 2022!

One of the things I love most about a new year is that it feels like the slate has been wiped clean.

Whether you don't know where to begin, you're spinning in negative self-talk and feel paralyzed with doubt; I want you to know that it doesn't matter.

Why? Because you can still have all of the above and move forward.

Really? Yes!

If you are busy reacting to your life, you're not planning it.

We are all wired to want pleasant emotions, but you must get comfortable with being uncomfortable to achieve any goal or dream.

Notice how when you decide you're going to go after a goal, your brain is quick to follow with all the reasons it won't work.

Doing what you feel like is not the way to have a successful life.

It's not even the way to have a happy life.

Hiding in the cave (i.e., watching Netflix all day on your sofa) will not serve you.

Your function in this world is to live, not exist.

Be diligent with your time.

Create your schedule from a place of positivity AND still watch your favorite shows on Netflix.

So many of you say, I just don't have the time, and you do.

You create it by deciding ahead of time!

Do you think that if something is hard, it's not worth trying to achieve it?

If you make a misstep, do you decide that it's not going to work?

Worse yet, do you make it mean that you're a failure?

I want to let you know that all failure is just data. It is simply a way of recognizing what didn't work.

I'll help you use the "failure" to refine and redefine how to move forward.
